I'm passionate about helping women navigate stress, untangle overthinking and overcome self-doubt, so they can feel calm, confident and back in control.
My coaching combines evidence-based mindset techniques with nutrition and lifestyle coaching because lasting confidence isn't just about changing the way you think—it's about supporting your whole wellbeing.
Having experienced my own share of life's challenges, including childhood bereavement, divorce, becoming a single mum, losing a parent and caring for loved ones across generations, I understand how easily confidence can be shaken. Those experiences taught me that resilience isn't about simply "getting on with it." It's about learning the tools to rebuild your confidence, protect your wellbeing and move forward with strength.
